Blushing Makeup Artistry is a concierge cosmetics styling service that will travel to you, on location, for your event. We are based out of San Diego, but serve the region of Southern California. We are fortunate enough to have a fabulous team of amazing hair and makeup pros which allows us to service large wedding parties and lets you sit back, relax, and enjoy your day! My passion is to help you and yours look and feel your best for your special occasion! Whether it's your wedding, engagement shoot, or simply a special occasion, the right makeup can make your special day even more amazing! I specialize in natural makeup but can create any look customized for your event.
On a personal note: I have been working as a professional makeup artist since 2006, and have loved every moment of it. I began my makeup life behind the Lancome counter at Macy's in San Francisco and have since worked for both Laura Mercier and Bobbi Brown within Nordstrom in San Diego. I am now out of the retail cosmetics world and operate on a freelance basis only.
I tied the knot with my best friend in October of 2012 in my very own San Diego wedding. It was hands down the Best. Day. Ever. I have never felt more stunning than I did in my gown all dolled up. I now know what it's like to be the Bride and feel the stress of planning a wedding. My goal is to help you enjoy what will be the most amazing day of your life. Take it all in.
